Shipping policy

Tiwi delivers throughout the Iberian Peninsula, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The user can choose between two types of delivery:

National standard delivery: 3 to 5 working days FREE.
National SEUR delivery: between 2 and 3 working days (3'95€).
Shipping to Europe express : 2 to 3 working days (10,00€).
Shipping to Europe standard : 5 - 7 working days (4,90€).
Shipments to other countries : 5 - 7 working days (5,00€).

*Products shipped to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world have a special rate. The shipment will be made by the DHL EXPRESS transport agency.

TIWI does not assume responsibility for taxes, duties, or customs charges that may apply in the destination country. All orders shipped outside the EU are sent in accordance with the international trade rule DAP (Delivery at Place). The customer is responsible for checking any restrictions, taxes, duties, or other charges that may apply before making a purchase.

All our shipments will carry a tracking number with which the customer can track your order.

During periods of high demand, delivery times may vary. (August, Black Friday, Christmas)

Please note that some shipping companies do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military adresses.
